exactly, with One Percent Kamloops?

We are a fully licensed real estate company. In terms of services
and exposure, we are identical to whoever you would like to
compare us with. We are on MLS®, other top internet sites, we place
a sign on your property (if allowed), show the property,
advertise, and handle all negotiations.
Q. Are there any hidden costs when I
list my home for sale with One Percent Realty?
A.
Absolutely none. Starting at $5,950.00
+ HST as of July 1st up to $300,000, $6,900 up to $600,000 and 1% over $900,000 is the deal.
Q. Do I have to pay any money up
front when I list with One Percent Realty?
A.
No, the fees are paid at closing from the proceeds of the sale.
Q. How can you provide the same
services at such a low cost?
A.
Simply put, low overhead (and no big franchise fees to pay).
Q. Will other local realtors® by-pass
my listing on MLS® when showing properties to their buyers because
they don’t make as much money on the selling end?
A.
First of all, if your home is priced properly for the current
market conditions and it shows well, it will sell. If your home suits a buyers’ needs they will ask
to see the listing; either through their realtor® or directly
through us.
